Basic Delivery Information

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible.

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose during checkout.

Typically, ordinary parcel post with sent via the South African Post Office takes between 3-5working days to arrive at your local branch.  Our courier option provides a sightly faster delivery window between 1-2days to your door.

Tracking

You can  track your order via the carrier’s shipping tracking system. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will contain a shipping tracking number for your use. Please note that it may take up to twenty-four hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on the carrier’s website.

Out of stock items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.

Cancellations or Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible on 081 710 1749.

Please note that most items ship on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order.

International Orders

We do supply our products to the entire African continent – If  your order is to be sent abroad please contact us before hand to arrange a freight cost.

Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.

If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. Call Customer Service at 081 710 1749
