How to order with Grow Guru – 4 Easy Steps

Ordering your hydroponic grow supplies with delivery in South Africa is easy!

1. Adding items to your shopping cart

Navigate to the items you would like to purchase via our menu or by entering the item into the search box.

You can add the items to the cart by clicking the add to cart button on the product page.

If the product you would like is available in a number variants, then you will need to click on the drop down menu arrow on the product listing where you can select  the variant, and adjust the quantity before adding to your cart.

If you would like to order more than 10 of the item, select 10+ and proceed by entering the desired quantity before clicking add to cart. Additionally, you can always make amendments to quantities on the cart page.

If an item you would like is temporarily out of stock, click on add to wishlist button to be notified when it is restocked.

When you have added all the items you would like to your cart, click on checkout either on the popup or by first viewing your cart by clicking the cart icon on any page.

2. Choose a Shipping Option


We make use of a number of courier providers dependent on your location and package dimensions

In order to accurately charge & display the courier rates to your address, please complete all address fields during checkout including the post code section.


You are welcome to collect your order in person or send your own courier to collect from us.

If you would like to collect, you have the option of paying via EFT (payment must reflect before collection), or with cash or card while collecting.

3. Choose a Payment Option

We offer a number of payment options online and in store

  • EFT
  • Bitcoin
  • Credit & Debit Cards processed by your choice of either Payfast or Snapscan.
  • Alt coins / Crypto Currencies by prior arrangement

4. Order Confirmation

Click on: “Complete order”

You will be shown a confirmation page once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming and detailing your order with us.

Once payment has cleared, items are then processed, packaged and dispatched usually within 1 working day.

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number to track your order once it is completed.

Our Courier will take 2 – 5 working days to deliver your order depending on your location.
