How to calibrate:

To turn the meter on, press and hold the ON/OFF button. If you hold down the shift button for 3 seconds, the word "CALL" will replace the temperature on the LCD. Once this has changed, let go and put the meter in the 1413 solution. Press the SHIFT button to make the number go up, and hold the button to make it go down. When your meter reaches the amount you want, press SHIFT again for 3 seconds, and the word "CALL" will change to "TEMP."
