Mammoth grow tent supplied without all the poles!

I purchased a Mammoth Classic Grow Tent from Grow Guru. I installed the whole tent and installed the AC inside the tent and the last step was installing the lights only to find that there was one bracing pole that was not in the box. Now I am being told by Grow Guru that they dont keep spare poles and that I must uninstall the entire tent and return it to them. It cost me R2000 to install the AC inside the tent so this is practically not possible. I have not heard back from them on a solution.... apparently they're waiting for a response from their supplier- surely it doesnt take a week to get a response? Supper disappointed!
