Terra Aquatica pH Down
There is no such thing as a pH that is perfectly balanced. Every fixed pH is a compromise, with high values facilitating the uptake of cations and low values facilitating the uptake of anions. The recommendation for a safe range typically falls between 5.5 and 6.5. Our recommendation is to keep the number on the lower end, between 5.5 and 6.2.
Hydroponics, coco, and soil all benefit from this premium pH management and buffering solution.
Terra Aquatica pH- is more than just a simple acid; it makes a significant contribution to the stability of nutrient solutions.
When we made Terra Aquatica pH-, we combined three acids that are typically used by themselves in hydroponics. This allowed us to provide you with all of the benefits of each acid without any of the drawbacks.
The initial heavy lifting of altering your water pH is done by Terra Aquatica pH-, which combines nitric and phosphoric acids. Because of the combination of these two acids, there is no disturbance to your N/K ratios during the grow and bloom stages, and there is also no residue on the surface of your tank, which can occur when using phosphoric acid alone in areas with hard water. After that, organic citric acid, which possesses its own unique qualities, takes over to buffer pH changes over time. This helps to keep your nutrient solution more stable and assists in the management of calcium excesses in regions with hard water.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Caution: When working with strong acids or alkalis, it is imperative that you always wear the appropriate protection.
To adjust pH
pH+/- : When necessary, incorporate into water or a nutritive solution. Repeat the pH test, and make any necessary adjustments.
